Liability

• We would like to point out that your stay at Domaine Les Voisins is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for theft, loss, damage or injury of any kind.
   

 Reservation and cancellation policy

• If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so in writing.

• When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required.

• The deposit must be paid at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.

• The remaining 70% of the total booking amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the planned arrival date.

• Cancellation:

• If you are forced to cancel the reservation due to circumstances, the following cancellation conditions apply: if you cancel at least 6 weeks before the arrival date, we will charge the deposit as costs; If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, we will charge the full travel sum.
  
  No-shows and early departures

• No refunds will be given for no-shows (when guests do not show up without prior notice) or early departure.
  
  Force majeur

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure situations, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and will fully refund the deposit.
  
  By making a reservation at Domaine Les Voisins, the guest agrees to these cancellation conditions. We recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
  
   

Arrival and departure times

• The gite and the chambre d'hotes are ready for check-in between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

• You must leave the gite or chambre d'hotes before 10:00 am

• Arrival at a camping spot after 2:00 PM.

• You must leave the camping site before 12:00
   

Reception opening hours

• In the early and late season the reception is open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• During high season, the campsite reception is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
   

Dogs

• Dogs are allowed outside the high season, provided that advance notice is given, with a maximum of 2 dogs per camping pitch. In high season only by arrangement. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and all droppings must be cleaned up immediately. We kindly ask our guests to ensure that their dogs do not cause any nuisance on the domaine. Walking your dog must be done outside our domaine, and leaving your dog in a car, tent or caravan is not permitted.
   

Swimming pool

• All guests have access to the campsite swimming pool between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. The swimming pool is completely fenced and you must ensure that the gate is closed again after arrival or departure.

• We do not provide lifeguard supervision and accept no liability for the use of the pool.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their own children and must provide them with the correct swimming equipment, such as suitable swimming bands or a life jacket.
